Is there anything you know
now that you wish you had
known when you started?
Looking back, I would say I
wish I would have dropped
some samples and business
cards off to local businesses
and partnered with other
entrepreneurs in the Pullman
area. I thought creating
a website first was more
important, and realistically I
should have just gotten my
name out there.
Is there anything that you
think people would be surprised
to know about you or
how you run your business
etc.?
I think people would be
surprised to know I have
no culinary background,
although I do have an MBA.
I learned everything I know
about cheese from the internet.
I can say, however, that I
do a pretty good job keeping
up with social trends to know
what’s “hot” right now and
then incorporating that into
my business. You have to stay
up to date with the times.
