They can also experience the wave pool, lazy river and wading area. Or, folks can simply sit at one of the many poolside deck chairs, relax and catch some rays.
Guests can also rent one of 24 cabana areas – covered private seating areas where groups can hold parties or families can simply use as a meeting area.
Cabana rentals cost extra from the park admission, but both park tickets and cabana reservations can be paid for in advance by visiting the park’ s website, www. somersplash. com.
Guests can buy either a general admission ticket or a ticket for individuals

under 48 inches tall. They can also choose between buying a single-day pass or a season pass.
Another offering the park provides is for groups

such as corporations or churches who may want the park all to themselves. The park offers after-hours sessions, in which groups rent out the park for two or |
three hours after it closes in the evenings, usually at 7 p. m.
Most of those groups bring their families with them, and Sims said the park can even provide catering.
“ Just call the water park and we will make arrangements,” he said.
SomerSplash park is located at 1030 Ky. 2227 in Somerset. Summertime hours are usually 11 a. m. to 7 p. m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p. m. to 7 p. m. on Sundays.
