After hosting their wedding on the property the Patterson ’ s decided that they wanted to add a pavilion and construct a wedding venue to take

They built the covered pavilion which can hold 213 people , added bathrooms , a small building for the bride and her attendants to dress in and a beautiful wrought iron circular pagoda for

the wedding ceremony overlooking the large pond at the bottom of the property , along with a large parking area . They also built an outdoor kitchen equipped with a woodfired pizza oven and an adjacent stage where they host musical events |
