Of course , there ' s the full-service bar itself , offering a vast drink selection . " We ' re always making new recipes . We ' re always trying different things ," said Fair . " We make everything precise , so it doesn ' t matter who ' s working . You ' re always going to get a consistent taste ."

Opening hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 5 p . m . to 12 a . m ., and Friday and Saturday from 5 p . m . to 1 a . m .
