Communities that thrive have a strong arts presence typically , and thus the community benefits in numerous ways from FbTC being a part of it . It ' s more than just a night out for some entertainment -- so much more , explained Schoch , a native of the Lake Cumberland area who grew up performing on local stages as a youth .

This creates a feedback loop that allows us to grow our talent pool over time , which reinforces the quality of life , which encourages more talent to settle here , which benefits everyone all over again !"
