Real Estate Internship: The intern role will include: Help with the buying / selling of lots and homes Do research on properties, which includes driving to lots or homes on the market or in construction, trips to prospective cities, tracking numbers, and gathering data. Assist with clear titles, surveys, contracts, tax foreclosures, tax exemptions, Neighborhood Empowerment Zones( NEZ), liens, permits, easements, mineral rights, floodplain, and environmental reviews
