will include: 
Research and recruit potential volunteer groups
Provide email and phone support to current and
potential volunteer groups. 
Assist with volunteer sign-in on build days  and
event setup and teardown
Provide general support to the development
department

Real Estate Internship: The intern role
will include: 
Help with the buying/selling of lots and homes
Do research on properties, which includes driving
to lots or homes on the market or in
construction, trips to prospective cities, tracking
numbers, and gathering data.
Assist with clear titles, surveys, contracts, tax
foreclosures, tax exemptions, Neighborhood
Empowerment Zones (NEZ), liens, permits,
easements, mineral rights, floodplain, and
environmental reviews
ARCHITECTURE INTERNSHIP
FOCUS AREAS:
DESIGN
Architecture Internship: The intern role
will include: 
New single family home design
Revise and edit current house plans in
our inventory
Design new three bedroom, two bath
houses that fit the design standards of
current partner neighborhoods
