Restoring His Temple, is a Christian based weight loss support group. Information is given to you, and how you choose to use it is up to you. There are little challenges to help you make more conscious decisions. We meet to help support each other. Cost is $ 5.00 a month. We meet on Tuesdays at 11250 Spring Hill Dr. There is a private weigh in from 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm it’ s for your own accountability. No one will know what you weigh. There is no judgement or shaming.
