These two( 2) mosaics are made by the artist using glass hand cut in irregular shapes of different colors to conform landscapes with a flowering tree as a central element and butterflies flying around them. The landscapes are“ framed” by a geometrical composition of tesserae and glazed tiles. The grout in the landscapes is tinted or painted to match the composition.
