..an understanding
become healthy, we become diseased; but, there is one thing that remains same – “breathe”. Breathe is the only thing that remains same, continuous, from birth till death.
It happens on its own, we don’t have to remember to breathe; if this would have been the case, half the living population would have already died long ago. You breathe continuously while working, in sleep, and in coma also, breathe does not stop, until unless person is hundred percent brain damage. Science says you are breathing oxygen and combination of various gases, which keeps you alive, True! But I would like to share a story of a man. In 1880, a man was buried underground where there was no sign of light and air. Man went to “Samadhi”, cosmic consciousness, for forty years and those who buried him all died because he was to come out of “Samadhi” after forty years. In 1920, man was still alive and his body was completely pale and he lived for ten more years. When doctors asked him, how did he survive for forty years without air, water, light? He said, “We don’t know, but ‘prana’ can flow anywhere, it can penetrate any where.”
“We don’t know, but ‘prana’ can flow anywhere, it can penetrate any where.”
Now, what is “Prana” ?
Have you ever thought, why all living organism have different life span? House fly have life span of 3 months, dog have life span of 7 - 15 years, humans have life span of 125 years, and tortoise have life span of 250 years. Now, imagine their breathing patterns, how fast or slow they complete their one breathe cycle. For our convince, we calculate life span in months or years. But, actually life span of any living being is calculated in breathe cycles. Breathe is very significant. Breathe is just a container to carry “Prana”. We are sucking prana or energy from universe, because every thing is part of the universe. We receive energy through prana, we are connected to universe through prana.
There are many psychologists, psychiatrist who did research on this energy. They all followed many ways and named them different but the conclusion was one. Franz Anton Mesmer called it “animal magnetism”, to Henri
