Meditation eliminates dependence on an outer authority and enables you to walk the way in your own. Many meditation techniques requires one to sit still and silent. But many of us accumulate stress in our body and mind and which makes it difficult.
There are many meditation techniques and as many contradictory ideas behind it. The main idea behind meditation should be understanding the mind, rather than, fighting with it. Mind is a very tricky thing, it can turn anything into problem.
There are many meditation techniques which requires one to sit still, some requires to move body part in rhythmic pattern and some techniques is to simply dance.
Dancing...dancing...dancing..., you will become the dance. This is the moment when all inner division disappear and subtle. Your mind will be released from its identification; forget dancer, the center of the ego and become the dance. That is the meditation.
