Aum Joum sah (Name of the enemy or disease which is to be destroy) nashya nashya sah joum aum || These were five main versions of mantra that are most effective for our lives in this world. In initial stage, it is better to chant mrityunjay mantra 108 times daily as no. 108 complete one cosmic cycle. No. of zodiac signs multiply by no. of planets- 12x9 =180 so this is one of the logic behind it. First step is to trust whatever you’re doing, trust the mantra, understand its words, absorb the meaning, absorb the understanding, and absorb the word. Any spoken words with faith and trust can be a mantra for one or the other. But these are some prominent letters or sounds passed over to our humanity through Vedas, purans, books, etc. And thus, they have importance in our lives. Every mantra when recited produce a specific sound at frequency that directly affects our body chakras. So yes, technically also they are worth. Second, sit in a meditation posture with spine straight. This teach us discipline which is a very vital part to learn anything. Chanting this mrityunjay mantra increase body fire or light up the red color of our root chakra which is basic for life force & existence. Slowly focus automatically or willing (If you understand its meaning) shifts to third eye chakra. Some might or not feel energy through all chakras. It doesn’t matter if you do or don’t do at this point of time. Just focus on what you understand when you recite the mantra. Everything is energy, so it might be different for everyone. Follow it up with white tea or green tea.”  Don’t skip breakfast Its bad news for those who think that skipping breakfast reduce your weight. In actual, skipping breakfast leads to obesity, weak immunity and puts stress on body. Harvard school of Public Health has said that skipping breakfast puts extra strain on the body. In morning, blood sugar levels are low because of long gap between dinner and breakfast. Not eating something in about half an hour of waking up makes us lethargic. It is a good habit of having few soaked almonds, whole wheat bread and fruits in the morning which helps in increasing blood sugar level gradually.
