Parks and Recreation welcomes 11 new team members On Sept. 10, Parks and Recreation hosted its Quarterly Parks and Recreation New Hire Orientation, led by their manager, Personnel Liaison Tasheeka Ellis, welcoming 11 new employees to the team. The orientation provided an opportunity for new team members to learn more about the department, its operations, expectations and the important role each employee plays in serving our community.
This quarter’ s new hires represent a diverse range of positions, including Program Support Technicians supporting the BMX Track, Maintenance Workers and Customer Service Specialists.
The orientation also was an opportunity for new employees to connect with department leadership and one another as they begin their journey with Parks and Recreation.
We are excited to have these 11 new team members join the Parks and Recreation family and look forward to the knowledge, skills and energy they will bring to our department and the community we serve!
