Volunteers came together Sept. 29 to bring color and creativity that highlights the natural beauty of the Whispering Pines neighborhood. They also
turned the outing into a block party-style event that brought a sense of connection to everyone who participated. This resident‐led initiative from Love Your Block was funded by the Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins University.
