Sharing fitness opportunities at the Employee Health Fair
The Fitness team participated in the Employee Health Fair on Aug. 4 at the Community Center.
The team geared up to assist City employees by offering access to health and wellness services, aiming to provide valuable opportunities and information to help them kickstart their fitness and wellness center memberships.
With these memberships, employees get access to our two fitness centers: the Fitness and Wellness Center at the Community Center and the one inside the MIDFLORIDA Event Center. Our centers are open seven days a week, offering more than 40 weekly group fitness classes in a wide variety of formats, from yoga to Zumba to body sculpting and more.
Our team was eager to engage with everyone and support their journey towards a healthier lifestyle!
