Foundations of Effective Project Management 8:30 a. m. Aug. 12 and Aug. 26
A new Citywide Project Management workshop is being launched to support project managers, project coordinators, their teams and employees interested in developing the skills needed for successful project delivery. This two-part, interactive training will focus on practical tools to enhance project planning, coordination and accountability. Participants will learn how to identify project scope, manage vendors and contracts, assess and mitigate risks, strengthen collaboration and take ownership of responsibilities within their role. This training initiative advances our strategic initiatives and fosters a high-performing, well-aligned and service-focused city government.
