Leading for Respect: How Supervisors and Managers Can Create Respectful Workplaces,

This course is an integral component of the EEOC ' s Respectful Workplace Program, designed to empower leaders with the knowledge and skills to cultivate a workplace culture rooted in respect, dignity and inclusiveness. This training will focus on how employees should handle themselves at work, ensuring their words and actions promote respect and fairness. The training will cover how to create a sense of respect for our employees, focusing on employees ' perceptions of fairness and the supervisor’ s responsibility to respond with emotional intelligence.
