City reconvenes 2026 AHAC meeting
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee( AHAC) reconvened for 2026 to continue its role in reviewing policies, procedures and Incentive Strategies Report that impact the cost and availability of housing within the City of Port St. Lucie.
During the meeting, new AHAC members were officially installed, and the board selected its 2026 leadership, including a Chairperson, Vice Chair and Pro Tem. The committee will continue working to recommend actions and initiatives that encourage and facilitate affordable housing opportunities while protecting long-term property value appreciation. www.
