Stay cool in the Emerald Ballroom while enjoying cocktails, live music from Rubixx, an 80s tribute band and a blazin ' barbecue buffet. There ' s fun for the entire family featuring a photo booth and activities for all.
Walk the red carpet with a glass of champagne as you enter, then enjoy a complimentary Stars & Stripes Spritz, this year ' s signature cocktail, which is a refreshing blend of vodka and watermelon lemonade or visit the full-service cash bar for an array of cocktails, beer and wine. The buffet includes barbecue pulled chicken, pulled mojo pork, sliced Hawaiian rolls, cole slaw, baked macaroni and cheese, brown sugar baked beans, sliced watermelon and a vegan / vegetarian option, followed by a dessert bar with ice cream and brownie sundaes. Drink stations feature southern sweet tea, lemonade, water and coffee.
