Fitness bringing fun opportunities for participants
The fitness team planned a musical bingo game March 26, exclusively for the Rock Steady Boxing and PWR class members. It was the perfect mix of fitness and entertainment and offered an exciting, high-energy experience for those living with Parkinson’ s disease.
The fitness team is bringing some extra excitement to the MIDFLORIDA Event Center Fitness Center with a new PR( Personal Record) board! This fun addition gives our members the chance to show off their weightlifting victories, cheer each other on and build an awesome, supportive community. Tracking their personal records will not only keep the members motivated to smash their goals but also will help them see their progress and boost their confidence along the way.
The Saints Golf Course preps for spring season
With The Saints Golf Course experiencing warmer weather lately, the maintenance team has been busy working the course in preparation for the spring season. Groups and leagues also have been at their highest levels as they enjoy the course and the great weather with their family and friends. Staff at The Saints continues to work hard each day, providing great customer service while ensuring everyone has the finest golf experience possible. Come out to play, practice, dine or shop.
