It was a full house Feb . 15 in the Ruby Room as Uncle Louie ’ s Variety Show returned to Port St . Lucie with the 2025 Wooden Spoon Survivor Tour . The night was full of laughter as two hilarious Italian-American comedians , Carlo Russo and Lou Greco , showed guests what it was like to grow up Italian , with amusing stories , humorous jokes and live original music . The show returns to the Event Center in February 2026 .
