Florida Rock Orchestra The Florida Rock Orchestra played to a full house on New Year’ s Eve, featuring the music of Queen and more. Guests enjoyed a 14-piece orchestra with local conductor Michael Robbins and the vocals of worldrenowned countertenor Terry Barber, rocking in the new year with great music and a dynamic show. The inaugural performance raised funds for Robbins Music, a charity benefiting local young future musicians.
Debra Terrio art exhibit An active member of the Jensen Beach Art League, Debra’ s beautiful work can be seen at locations throughout Jensen Beach and the Treasure Coast and is now on display at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center through March 8.
On Jan. 20, guests enjoyed a live art demo featuring Debra explaining her methods as she painted in real-time. Stay up to date with the various local artists on display throughout the year at our Art Gallery, where we feature four to six exhibitions annually!.
Spirit Fest The Event Center hosted the largest holistic and metaphysical expo on the Treasure Coast Jan. 10-11, featuring 70 booths of vendors, practitioners, readers, artists, demonstrations and more. Guests enjoyed crystals, jewelry, divination tools, holistic health specialties and natural products.
Speakers were on hand on both days, along with workshops, henna, fairy hair, massage, reflexology and aura photos. A regular event at MIDFLORIDA, Spirit Fest is expected back in early 2027. www. MIDFLORIDAEventCenter. com
