Good managers keep their teams engaged and motivated, increasing their productivity and ensuring retention. This management training program focuses on today’ s work environment and how effective leadership is needed now more than ever. The program reviews a variety of subjects that affect the many aspects of our leadership team’ s everyday life, to continue to build on our organization’ s best practices and efforts toward our Strategic Plan goal of a High-Performing Government Organization. This training targets deputy / assistant directors, managers and key leadership. This will be the third iteration of this eight-part management training series.
