NSD Participates in City ' s Parade of Lights
On Dec . 7 , the Neighborhood Services Department participated in the City ’ s Parade of Lights . In an effort spearheaded by our Code Officers , the team designed , built and decorated a 12-foot sleigh with a Grinch theme . During the parade , NSD was accompanied by our own Code Grinch , who gladly engaged in some holiday mischief within the crowd .
NSD would like to thank our Code Officers for continuing what is now becoming an annual tradition for the department .
