This course is an integral component of the EEOC ' s Respectful Workplace Program , designed to empower leaders with the knowledge and skills to cultivate a workplace culture rooted in respect , dignity and inclusivity . This training will focus on how employees should handle themselves at work , ensuring that their words and actions promote respect and fairness . The training will cover how we can create a sense of respect for our employees , focusing on the employee ’ s perceptions of fairness and the supervisor ’ s responsibility to respond with emotional intelligence .
