Healthy lifestyle is when you have the correct habits to keep a good life, is it important because it helps to improve our life quality.

HABITS

Some healthy habits that we can do to get a healthy lifestyle are always drink water, do exercise, go to the school or work by bike, eat fruits and vegetables etc. If we do these things our bodies are going to feel good.

DON'T DO IT!

The principal wrong habits that affect our bodies are:

Smoke or drinking - It can provocate cancer, adictions and other diseases.

Watch a lot of TV - it makes you lazy

Eat junk food - it makes you fat and it's dangerous because all the bad carbs you eat.

It's important as teenagers to keep a healthy lifestyle to prevent health problems in a near future.
