11 ABBY JULIUS ( MH ) / GRADE 10
Abby is the “ silent assassin .” She is quick off of the block , and great running behind the setter . Abby ’ s blocking is a huge value to the team ; she touches a lot of balls to slow things down for the defense . Abby is athletic and a great leaper , and she has so much power . Abby hits a thunderous ball that gets people ’ s attention ! She works so hard to improve her game , and will be one of the biggest contributors to the team as an upperclassman !
14 NICOLE STRATFORD ( OH / DS ) / GRADE 11
Nicole has had a tremendous year for us ! She is such a strong and physical player . Nicole can jump so well , and hits with such power ! Nicole is also one of our best servers . She has to play so many roles for the team , and handled that extra pressure fantastic ! Nicole is one of our top serve receivers , and very quick defensively . She has worked so hard on her game , and the awesome season she had is proof of that hard work really paying off !
