Letter to Faculty Date To All Administrators, Faculty, and Staff: The time has arrived for all ProTeam students to serve as teaching assistants throughout the school. We have been working in class on personal awareness and the development of classroom skills such as giving feedback, being a good listener, etc. I am attaching a roster listing the students with whom you will be working; they are all capable of providing assistance to you. They need to experience all of the components involved in operating a successful school and see, firsthand, how hard educators work in molding and shaping minds. The students must recognize the need for teachers in the future to provide the same dedication and devotion in teaching their children that you do. The opportunities provided by your willingness to accept a student assistant may influence his/her decision about teaching as a career choice! He/she will be available to assist you during his/her designated ProTeam class time, ____________, for one full week beginning on Monday, ___________________.
