Try to be as invisible as possible while you observe. Pay close attention to what goes on.
Look for the answers to these questions. Take notes in your journal or on a separate pad
so you can write up your answers in detail after the observation is over.

2. How does the teacher handle discipline in the classroom?
3. How does the teacher get students interested in what they're studying?
4. Based on your observation, what are two positive rewards that teachers can get from
their jobs?
5. Based on your observation, what are some of the greatest challenges teachers face?
6. If you were the teacher, what would you do differently?
7. How does the teacher make the class/classroom inviting? Observe the furnishings,
decorations, activities, etc.
