ACTIVITIES:
Students need to feel comfortable with their own unique learning styles but should also
be stretched into developing their ability to learn in alternative styles. The students will
determine their own dominant learning styles and will identify how to use the other three
major learning styles.
1. Discuss how eyewitness accounts often differ even though the eyewitnesses see the
same event. Explain that we each take in information and see the world in our own
unique way. We all react to what we see, hear, feel, touch, taste, and smell in different
ways, too. We call the different ways that we learn and understand information our
learning style.
