module of study.

Include the module assessment assigned or approved by your teacher. Write a short response to the following
question: What does this assignment show about what you have learned or how you have grown?

The student’s choice
Include an assignment of your choice from this module. Write a short response to the following questions: Why did
you choose to include this piece? What does it show about what you have learned or how you have grown?
5.
Closing remarks or summation
Write a summary of what you have learned from all of the activities in this module. You may write your remarks in
any form, including a paragraph, a poem, a journal entry, a letter to your teacher, or a story.
6.
Self-evaluation
The final component is a self-evaluation of your portfolio work for this module. Using the grading scale established
by your teacher, rate your work, giving a brief explanation of why you gave yourself your grade or rating. You may
want to include peer evaluations with ratings and comments by other students in the class after they have reviewed
your portfolio work. You may use the self- and peer-evaluation rating forms that your teacher has.
