Terms and conditions

Door prize for a lucky bride- Exhibitors and Sponsors must provide a door prize with a value of $ 50.00 or more that cannot be a discount for my services.
Exhibitors are only permitted to showcase the business contracted. Only one business per booth but one business may purchase 2 spaces for extra room-You are required to stay within the confinements of your given booth space to promote your business. There will be no promoting your company in other areas of the venue during the duration of The Ultimate Bridal Show Extravaganza.-All exhibitors must be set up fully 30 minutes before show time and are responsible for set up, break down, trash, and any other services, displays, promotions, samples that they provide at their booth space. Sparkling Productions and The Handerly Hotel will not be expected to assist with anything in your paid booth space with exception of the material provided. Exhibitor is not allowed to use any other linen than what is provided, but will be allowed to decorate with a table runner and decor of choice provided by exhibitor. There are also no confetti, open flame, or smoke machines allowed.-If electricity box is not check on application we cannot guarantee you electrical use the day of the event-All leads acquired at your booth are for the sole use of your company and may not be sold to a third party or used to promote nonexhibitors of The Ultimate Bridal Extravaganza.
Exhibitor / Sponsor participates in the show at their own risk and will not hold Sparkling Productions, The Handerly Hotel, or any other show producers liable for any damages, cost, losses or expenses resulting from any incident connected with the show. If the event must be postponed or moved due to fire, natural disaster or any other reason the monies paid will then be applied to the rescheduled date / location. If the event is cancelled all deposits will be refunded.
Cancelations made by March 7th will result in full payment refunded Cancelations made by April 7th will result in ½ payment refunded Cancelations made after April 7th will not be refunded but will be eligible for a company transfer upon approval of Jamie Gonzales- Event Coordinator. ​ Sparkling Productions has 60 days to issue a refund of a cancelled booth.
Payment plan​Non refundable deposit of 1 / 2 booth space Second half is due 30 days after first payment is made. if second payment is not received 30 days after the date of the first payment then the spot becomes open and available
