Management

All good businesses need effective managers to achieve sustainable success. While strategy and direction may come from the top, it is managers who have to put those plans into action, ensure projects are implemented, lead their teams and manage the process of change.
And when the market is as volatile as it has been in recent years, your business needs managers who have the skills and understanding to make an immediate contribution to your operations.
That’ s exactly what a management qualification from St Helens Chamber delivers. From allocating work, prioritising resources and overseeing budgets, to leading teams, managing change and making effective decisions, these work-based courses ensure your staff have the knowledge and the ability to help drive the growth of your business.
As with all our courses, the start dates are flexible to fit around the needs of your business, and with learning generally taking place in the workplace, there is minimal disruption to your operations.
“ Both students and employers, and earning usually takes place in the workplace, ensuring minimum disruption and maximum convenience to your business operations.”
