14. LAGUNA SHORES ROAD

Reconstruction of existing 2-lane
roadway. New roadway will be ele-
vated 5 feet above mean sea level
and will have a retaining wall placed
where needed to protect against wave
action. No curb & gutter is planned.
Project will incorporate a pilot wetland
mitigation plan developed with Federal
grants.
15. LIPES BOULEVARD
Yorktown Blvd. to Sun Wood Dr.

Reconstruction of existing 2-lane
roadway with new pavement, curb &
gutter, sidewalks, ADA compliant curb
ramps, signage, pavement markings,
traffic signalization improvements, and
illumination improvements. Consider-
ation will be given for improvements
to bike mobility per the adopted MPO
bicycle mobility plan.
16. WOOLDRIDGE ROAD
Everhart Rd. to Cascade Dr.

Reconstruction of existing 2-lane road-
way with new pavement, ADA compli-
ant curb ramps, signage, illumination,
and pavement markings.
17. STRASBOURG DRIVE

Reconstruction of existing 2-lane road-
way with new pavement, curb & gutter,
sidewalks, ADA compliant curb ramps,
signage, pavement markings, and illu-
mination improvements. Consideration
will be given for improvements to bike
mobility per the adopted MPO bicycle
mobility plan.
18. RESIDENTIAL STREET
REBUILD PROGRAM

Provides funding for residential street
rebuild including new pavement and
limited curb & gutter, sidewalk, ADA
compliant curb ramps, and signage.
19. TXDOT PARTICIPATION
Traffic Congestion Management

Provides funding for the City’s local
share of costs on constructing projects
leveraged with Texas Department of
Transportation.
20. TRAFFIC SIGNAL
IMPROVEMENTS
$ 1,000,000
Various Citywide traffic operation
improvements, for new and improved
traffic signals that include span wire
traffic signal replacements, traffic
signal wireless communications, and
other signal hardware improvements.
Project will leverage State and Federal
funding.
Project scopes, locations and costs are estimates based on information currently available and are, therefore, subject to reasonable
change on the basis of new and refined information up to the time of completion.
