Earlier this year saw the much-anticipated launch of Andermatt Swiss Alps ’ latest development , Koya , a collection of 34 Japanese inspired mezzanine style apartments with extensive shared owner amenities .
Following high levels of demand for Andermatt Swiss Alps ’ previous studio apartment house , Frame , prospective purchasers for Koya were offered the chance to join an exclusive waiting list to purchase an apartment ahead of the public launch . The waiting list was soon fully subscribed and full sales details for Koya were launched to members of the list from the 3rd of March . Now just over two weeks on from the waiting list launch , 95 % of Koya ’ s apartments are reserved .
