Welcome to the 7th edition of Property360Digest e-magazine . As we approach the end of the year , let me take this opportunity to wish all our readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year . I would like to acknowledge that it has been a dreadful year for many with this unforeseen pandemic that has hit the globe so unexpected , hence I do wish that those who have had a dip in their businesses and careers see a growth come 2021 .
We are quite fortunate for the initiatives and assistance that the Government has offered to us and I do hope that many take advantage of it . The new Budget has seen much help to the property industry , especially towards first-timehomebuyers , which personally I feel that it is a great move .
