What does it mean if your agent only shows you properties above your price range or outside your desired criteria . Sure , this could just mean that your agent is lousy at doing their job , but it could also indicate self-interest . Sometimes , agents will filter the properties they are showing to clients based on high commissions and other personal incentives that certain sellers are offering to them . Be careful ! All I am saying is , be careful who you work with . I am not saying that all estate agents are deceitful . I personally work very closely with some decent , honest , experienced and professional people .
