Malaysia will need to act quickly
to take advantage of its COVID19
response street credibility which
was hard won during the MCO,
CMCO and now during the RMCO.
How will all stakeholders work
together to bring in the property
investors?
Innovation and resilience from all
stakeholders will be required to
shape a positive and sustainable
future. If workers and corporations
alike are concerned about their
shared financial realities, they will
have to continue to adapt to the
changing conditions during times
of crisis to ensure production.
Housing and the planning that
needs to go into future townships
and communities will be just the
start, the preverbal silver lining
to the current situation in the
property market.
