MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A BLESSED NEW YEAR to all our
dearest readers out there. Welcome to yet another edition of
Property360Digest e-magazine. To close the year, we have
packed this issue with interesting editorial for you, taking into
consideration the current outbid war that has taken November
and December by storm for the property industry. What do I
mean? Well, have you noticed the very many discounts, rebates,
private loan schemes, advertising and promotions that have
been publicized of late? Indeed, this may be a plan to sell off
year-end units in anticipation of 2020, but if you are able to
read the game well enough, you would be able to get a good
property bargain and a secure investment.
