EDITOR ’ S NOTE
And here it is – the highly anticipated 8th edition of Property360Digest e-magazine . It took us a while with this issue due to the ups and downs of the second Movement Control Order and the various changing SOPs that were in place . Nevertheless , we have braved through all the red tape and brought you an exciting issue filled with juicy content that will keep you reading for hours .
As we have finally moved away from an MCO state to a Controlled Movement Order , many have gone back to their regular lives ( to a certain extent ). However , I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that the fight against this dreadful disease is far from over . As a blessing , the vaccine has come into play , and hopefully the number of new cases drop significantly in due time .
Having said that , I pray that everyone abides by the given SOPs and still practice safe distancing and proper hygiene in this battle against Covid-19 – think of your family and loved ones .

Saving the best for last , I would like to highlight that on our cover of this issue is Mr . Nitesh Malani from Environ Group Asia . We had the privilege of an exclusive interview with him to better understand his role in making Malaysia more hygienic , as well as his take on the property market as well as the nation as a whole .
