Penampang was the guest of honour among the
distinguished guests who graced the event.
HS is expected to generate approximately RM100 million in sales
from this development. The 80% take up rate is an indication that the
property market in Sabah still remains bullish. After the launching, the
price will be increased by another 10%. In view of this overwhelming
response, HS foresees an appreciation of not less than 30% when it is
completed.
