impacted me at the deepest level as a property investor. After traversing 3,500km across 2 nations,
stopping by 7 cities, 3 ghost towns, and meeting 10 property investors there, I come back a different

Leverage: Truly a Double Aged Sword
In my workshops and seminars, I tell people that one of key reasons I love
property investment is because of the fact that I can leverage. Most people know
this fact about property investment, but what do I mean by that? Leveraging is
basically the ability to allow me to do more, and this can be done through many
angles; leverage other people’s time, expertise, risk and money. The property
investment ecosystem in Malaysia today is perfect in the sense that we are able to
work with many kinds of people with many kinds of expertise, who will b HX
