Step One We like our clients to meet us directly , so they can see who is helping them to find their perfect home . We can organise a meeting , face to face or on Zoom , Skype , so we can discuss exactly what they are looking in the consultation . WE request that on the clients search that if they find a property style they like , to send us the link so we can research if for you , making it easier and to have only one contact .
Step Two Asking our clients to complete the online documents , that are designed , for easy completion , so we have the basic information to be able to put together our clients ’ criteria together . At this point , we will collect the client ’ s details , which enables us to be up to date with the regulators in Mauritius ( FIU ) we have to complete , KYC checks on all new customers on Money laundering and world checks and general risk assessment on the customers .
Step Three Now we have the criteria for the relocating to Mauritius , this enables us to put a plan together , so we can put together and send suitable links , video footage and other information to our clients , on property that suits their lifestyle .
Step Four Clients are in Mauritius and now we can book viewings on suitable dates , enabling our clients to visit potential property of choice . If the properties are not suitable , we can sit and discuss other options and we can organise re visits , for a second check .

Step Five When we have found the perfect Rental Property , we then start to organise ,
The Follow up between both parties on the Landlord ’ s Lease agreement .
Organise the move in date and inventory . • Stand as the intermediary between the 2 parties during the inventory and check done ( Pictures are taken if necessary ) Filing of all relevant information . Handover of the property and continual Communication between both parties , during the lease agreement .
Step Six Buying a property The buying process starts from the very beginning where we meet our client and understand their needs and wants . When buying a property through Property Finder , in the interest of our client we ensure such services as : searching for matching properties depending on criteria ’ s received and budget ; Advised and guide ; Prepare the visits of properties which client has selected ; Deal directly with the Seller ( If not through an agency ) for requests from the Buyer and negotiate if and where necessary ; Follow up between both parties on offer & negotiation ; Direct , organise and follow up with Notary on paperwork , payments and signatures ; File all relevant information and hand over the keys to the new owner and the handover of the property .
