E D What ? Hazel Porter speaks all things EDM and stuff about Kandi Have you ever wondered if there was a magical place where all your fears and worries just disappear? Some people call it freedom, I call it paradise. The weight is lifted off your shoulders, you start to lose yourself in the music, it’s like a drug but you don’t take anything. You listen and you share the moment with the 100s of people around you. It all started in basements, clubs and garages where it was called Underground, Rave, Acid music. Illegal Raves were very common back then too. The use of drugs were at use all the time just like now but the scene for EDM music has devolved more within the last 10 years then ever before. Where there just as easy to find, playing big shows in parks, fields and stadiums. So what types of events are there for EDM Fans? There are many types of events out there for EDM fans, it’s just getting the money together, grabbing your passport and heading off to one. That’s the best part of the whole experience. The best place to go for an amazing event is out of Britain. Since going to EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival) in Milton Keynes this year made me real ise that Britain is not the place where you would go for an EDM event. As previously I had been live steaming Ulra in Europe and Tomorrowland in Belgium where people were wearing Kandi and trading one bit of Kandi for another which is all part of PLUR (Peace Love Unity Respect). But at EDC in MK I was so disappointed that no one there had any. Half of the people were so rude and just went there because it was an event and had dance music. But if you really have a passion for EDM events and Dance music with a bpm (Beats per min) from a range of 115 to 180+ then here are some events you might want to check out.
