Terraform formed in autumn 2013, launching with their debut music video & single; 'Paradox' via Djentworldwide TV. It has become one of the channels most viewed videos in a very short space of time with over25,000 views. The band sold out their first show supporting Heart of a Coward on the Severance tour with Malevolence & The Charm the Fury. It's early months for the band, however they are working on a debut album for the summer 2014. The band are filming their second single at the end of January for 'Negative Auras' which will be out in April. We caught up with front man Crayg for an interview so without further ado, let us welcome Crayg from TerraForm! Page 22 - Proper Eye Candy Magazine Since your band made released their first single 'Paradox' last year, how do you think you have progressed musically? We had radiation poisoning and grew a 3rd guitarist out of nowhere, since then our sound has definitely broadened in dynamics. What has been your favourite gig in the last year? Last week we played Hevy Fest, its been our biggest show yet and we played our hearts out. The response lasted the whole weekend and was just a great experience for us all really. Although your music would be referred to by some as djent, would you say their are other elements you try to implement that sends your tracks on a different direction to other deathcore bands? Its hard not to label yourselves as people need a reference or something to relate it to before giving it a listen. We’re definitely not afraid to add elements of prog/jazz & post rock. How do you feel about th e public's reaction to your music? We’ve done our best to push out 3 diverse singles in our first year as a band to show our boundaries, and each song has had a different response and lured in new fans. We’re happy with the reaction so far, but I guess we can’t really have an honest response until we’ve put out a release.
