We also saw % List to Sales Price decrease from 100 % to now 98.2 %. Interest rates have gone up and another rise is expected shortly . Inflation is also rising and the stock market is deflating . Economic signs that some ‘ headwinds ’ may be in the making that could slow this so far , very hot market , down .
