25 produces the coffee’s characteristic flavour and it is also during this process that the beans’ flavour profiles can be manipulated. Wyndhams describes coffee roasting as both an art and a science, with meticulous attention being paid to every aspect of the roasting process. The result is unique, Bajan hand-crafted, premium coffee beans, that are as delicious as they are fragrant.
