Promotion of Labour Mobility in Europe #PLME16 | Page 5
Program of the Training was adapted to
the needs of participants and contains
various forms of non-formal learning
methods such as simulations,
brainstorming, work in the groups,
debates, presentations, etc.
Projects reflected learning needs of participants and partner organisations since they
recognized lack of knowledge for dealing with the issue of labour mobility in local
communities, but as well on regional, national and European levels. Secondary topic of the
training course, apart from youth labour mobility, was youth unemployment, European
awareness, youth information and active participation.
