Prohit is a specialised agency for the management of secured and unsecured claims and has
been present on the market for six years. After three years of operation it has become a market
leader, and its market share is more than 50%. The volume of business is growing constantly,
the annual income amounts to € 2.0 million. The total portfolio, which is managed, represents
80,000 cases in a total value of € 150.0 million. The Agency provides services for both retail
(70%), as well as corporate claims (30%). Prohit has 40 employees and its own development
department with 4 programmers who develop software to support the implementation of its
own services as well as for the needs of the clients. The acquired knowledge and experience
provide the agency with flexibility to adapt to market requirements.
