Seeking More Options for Cancer Care?
Integrative. Hope-filled. Caring.
“Thanks to the various treatments I
received at Progressive Medical Center,
I bounced back so quickly from the
conventional treatments for stage 3
colon cancer. From biomedical therapies
and IVs to the nutritional support and
physician consultations, all my family
and friends know how much PMC has
been instrumental in my comeback! I am
thrilled to have another chance to live out
the later part of my life with joy.” - Troy W

ancer and cancer treatment have
a language of their own, which
anyone who has been diagnosed
has had to learn to understand
in order to make informed decisions on
the choices you have to make. On top of
the emotional impact, the navigation of all
these moving parts can be overwhelming.
We’re here to help every step of the way.
The powerful available treatment options
that we can combine to treat cancer
have proven to be effective in building a
stronger immune system while negatively
impacting the cancer cells directly.
Our premise of integrative care is that
cancer—as with most chronic diseases—
is usually allowed to exist and progress
as a result of immune dysfunction.
Based on this belief, an integral objective
of our cancer treatment programs will
be to support your immune system.
At Progressive Immune Recovery, we
offer a myriad of alternative treatments
like oxidative therapies, electromagnetic
therapies, and acupuncture to augment
traditional or fractionated chemo
treatments. These therapies increase
effectiveness while minimizing side
effects.

These alternative therapies can also
be used as stand-alone therapies. Our
expert team can design a customized
cancer care plan together with the
patient and their family that builds
whole body health, improves quality of
life, and places the patient in the best
possible position to conquer cancer.
Nutrition is a key component of
our integrative approach.
Food is medicine! Diet plans,
coaching, supplementation treatment
protocols, and nutrient-based IV
therapies are strategically combined
to empower the healing process.
Step 2: Naturopathic
Physician Consultation
Meet with our oncology team
Naturopathic doctor to help design
a supplement program to support
immune function and whole-body
health (especially detoxification, GI
health, and metabolic support).
Step 3: Nutrition Consultation
Meet with our team dietician to discuss
how your nutrition plan is key to the
cancer care program. Nutritional therapy
can play a significant role in your cancer
care. The dietician will also address food
sensitivities and navigate you in making
healthier food choices specific to you.
Step 4: Biomedical Consultation
“I initially came to Progressive looking for
help with what I thought were multiple
food allergies. I really liked all the staff
there. What I thought were food allergies
ended up being colon cancer. Progressive
Medical saved my life!” Suzanne H.
Our biomedical department doctor will
introduce you to multiple treatment
options, such as electromagnetic
medicine and hyperbaric oxygen,
that work in support of the nutritional
and conventional treatments.
Step 5: Meet with Your Patient Navigator
What Does Integrative
Cancer Care Look Like?
Step 1: Medical Consultation
The first visit with us includes meeting
with our lead practitioner to evaluate
all your medical conditions other than
cancer and assess aspects of your history
and present health which may interfere
with optimal treatment for cancer. One
emphasis of the evaluation will be on GI
health, which we now know has impacts
on all disease. Another emphasis includes
adrenal (stress) and thyroid health, which
greatly impacts cancer occurrence and
treatment. Partnering with your oncologist,
our team will make recommendations and
discuss our integrative treatment options
so you can make an informed decision.
Your personal Patient Navigator will
guide you each step of your treatment
program. Your coach will be your point
of contact for scheduling and mapping
out your treatment routine, offering
support, education, and encouragement!
Even though no one can fully understand
what you are going through, your family
and close friends can be an invaluable
source of strength and support. It may
be difficult at first, but sharing your
experience with those you are closest to
can relieve stress and reduce anxiety.
You are not alone.
If you are used to being independent and
taking care of yourself, it can be difficult
to ask for help. Not only does accepting
